Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. water with food coloring added

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until it all clumps together.
Store in airtight container.
