Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
2 c. peaches
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix with sugar.
Stir in milk to make batter.
Melt butter in baking pan and pour batter over butter but do not stir.
Pour over this the peaches which have been sweetened.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
(Drained, canned peaches may be used instead of fresh peaches.)
