Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed bananas (about 3)
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In mixer bowl, cream sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in mashed bananas and eggs. Add Bisquick, pecans and vanilla. Stir well.
    Pour into loaf pans, 4 small or 1 large pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
