Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. onions, quartered
    2 c. celery (1/4-inch pieces)
    1 c. each: snow peas, bean sprouts (use fresh if possible), water chestnuts (if canned, rinse, don't add liquid from can), any other veggies you might have layin' around and like
    2 c. diced chicken or beef or pork
    3 1/2 c. chicken or beef broth (use chicken broth for chicken or pork
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    Pam spray or 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation
    Spray pan or wok with Pam and then heat hot or heat hot and add peanut oil if used.
    Add meat and stir-fry until lightly cooked.
    Remove from pan.
