Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 lb. margarine
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. extract of anise or vanilla
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually.
Beat until smooth.
Add cooled, melted margarine and anise (or vanilla).
Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.
