French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 slices bread
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Add the salt, sugar and milk to the slightly beaten egg.
    Add a dash of cinnamon and mix well.
    Dip the pieces of bread into the egg mixture.
    Cook the soaked slices of bread on a well-oiled griddle.
    Brown on one side; turn and brown on the other side. Serve with your favorite syrup.
