Orange-Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    3 1/2 to 4 lbs. chicken
    1 sliced orange
Preparation
    Combine orange juice, rind, butter, sugar, mustard and allspice.
    Place chicken on rack in shallow baking pan.
    Top with orange slices.
    Pour glaze over and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
