Ginger-Lime Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. each broccoli florets, trimmed and boneless skinless chicken tenders
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 c. shredded nappa cabbage
    1 orange bell pepper, sliced thin
    1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. each: minced ginger, garlic and fresh lime zest
Preparation
    Cook 1 pound broccoli florets in boiling water 3 minutes; drain.
    In skillet over high heat, cook chicken in oil 4 minutes. Add cabbage and pepper.
    Cover; cook 4 minutes more.
    In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir soy sauce mixture and broccoli into chicken.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Makes 4 servings.
