Baby Crookneck Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 yellow summer squash
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Steam squash until tender.
Split lengthwise and brush cut surface generously with melted butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place squash halves in shallow baking pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven just until they sizzle.
