Rice, Pepper And Onion Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 large onion, diced and sauteed tender
    6 large eggs
    2 bell peppers, cut up and sauteed tender
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a pie plate.
    Beat the eggs. Beat in the cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stir in the cooked rice, peppers and onions with the egg mixture.
    Bake 15 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out almost clean.
    Pour into pie plate.
