Sea Breeze Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime jello
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. drained crushed pineapple or chunk pineapple
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pineapple juice and water to make 1 c.
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
Add lemon and pineapple juices.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Combine cheese and pineapple.
Fold into jello.
Chill until firm.
