Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. mustard (prepared)
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    4 c. potatoes, cooked
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. green onion
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir mayo with next 5 ingredients; mix well. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well; cover and refrigerate.
