Berks County Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 c. bread cubes
    butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add to mashed potatoes.
    Saute celery, onions and oleo; add to potatoes.
    Add bread cubes.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0; serve with gravy.
