Potato Balls - cooking recipe

5 regular Potatoes, boiled and peeled
2 C. Gram Flour
1\\2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Green Pepper, chopped
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Preparation

Mash potatoes really well, then add salt, sugar, ginger, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well. Make small (meatball) size balls. Take flour and 1\\2 C. Water mix well (not to thick or thin). Dip potato in mixture coat well.
In a frying pan with oil (so potatoes don't stick). Cook till golden brown, the flour is cooked really good.
