Max'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar and cinnamon to taste
2 c. milk
4 or 5 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Melt butter in Pyrex bowl.
Add eggs (well beaten), sugar, cinnamon, milk, bread and vanilla. Sprinkle top with more sugar and cinnamon.
Have oven preheated to 400\u00b0.
Put pudding in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350\u00b0 .
Cook about 45 minutes.
