Speedy Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1/3 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs
1/3 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Put water, sugar and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add 2 eggs and Crisco; beat with mixer 1 minute.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and 2 cups flour; beat 2 minutes.
Add 2 more cups flour; beat until smooth.
Add remaining 2 1/2 cups flour.
Stir with a spoon until dough is formed.
Let dough rest 20 minutes. Shape into rolls; let rise.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes approximately 36 rolls.
