Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. ketchup
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
Preparation
    Cook bacon and crumble.
    Saute pepper and onions.
    Add the remaining ingredients and simmer (covered) for 30 to 45 minutes.
