Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. zucchini (uncooked), shredded like slaw
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. whole-wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil or melted shortening
Preparation

Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
With a spoon, make a deep well in the center.
In this well, add all the other ingredients.
Stir carefully, just enough to dampen all the dry ingredients.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
