Chicken And Ham Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    6 (1 oz.) slices Monterey Jack cheese
    6 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen patty shells (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine water and bouillon cubes.
    Bring to a boil; add chicken and sherry. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Let chicken cool in broth 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken from broth.
    Wrap a cheese and ham slice around each chicken piece and set aside.
