Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. spaghetti
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup, plus 1/2 can water
    12 oz. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix mushroom soup and water in dish until thick.
    Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender.
    Add ground beef; cook until no longer red.
    Drain grease.
    Add the tomato soup; simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti for about 12 to 15 minutes; drain.
    Layer spaghetti, ground beef mixture, mushroom soup and cheese, ending with cheese on top.
