Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 stick margarine
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Place hash browns in bottom of casserole dish.
    Mix soups, onions and sour cream.
    Spread over hash browns.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Melt margarine and Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until hash browns are cooked and casserole is bubbly and brown.
