Chocolate Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. butter (not margarine)
    3 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
    2 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.
    Stir to see that all are melted.
    Remove from heat and let cool completely, but not harden.
    Beat together:
    sugar, butter and eggs until fluffy.
    Do not underbeat.
    Add vanilla, peppermint and melted chocolate.
    Beat well.
