Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. sauerkraut
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. pimento
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
-
Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves, then cool.
Pour syrup over remaining ingredients.
Let stand at least 3 hours or longer.
Better with age.
