Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well.
    In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Add to mixture and mix well.
    Add nuts.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
