Toasted Asparagus Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 slices thin white bread
8 oz. cream cheese
2 oz. Blue cheese
2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 jumbo egg
20 spears of asparagus
2 sticks butter/margarine
Preparation

Blend well.
Spread cheese mixture on each slice of flattened bread.
Roll 1 spear (jelly roll fashion) in each bread slice. Fasten with toothpicks.
Dip rolls in melted butter.
Freeze.
When frozen firm, slice in thirds.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, until brown.
