Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter or shortening
    1 egg
    1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl combine all ingredients except for cranberries and nuts.
    Stir until blended.
    Stir in berries and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured pan (1 large loaf or 2 to 3 mini loaves). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Remove from pan immediately.
