Rhubarb Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and butter.
    Add egg; beat.
    Mix flour, baking soda and salt; add with sour cream.
    Mix well together and blend in rhubarb.
    Turn into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
