Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices trimmed bread
    1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown, drain and cool sausage.
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish with bread.
    Mix sausage and cheese and spread over bread. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour over casserole. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
