Dinah'S Carrot Cake And Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. raw grated carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and carrots.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to first mixture.
    Blend until smooth. Fold in nuts.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 55 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes longer.
