Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oats
    1 stick oleo
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. cream or can milk
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cook oats in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
    Let stand 20 minutes. Cream oleo, 1 cup brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until real creamy.
    Add oats; stir in flour, nutmeg, soda and cinnamon.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cool, add topping.
