Low-Fat Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 sleeve crackers, crushed
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients.
    Mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake at

    Drain off fat while baking.
