Rice, Corn And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked brown or white rice
    2 c. corn kernels (one 10 oz. pkg. frozen, thawed, or one 15 oz. can, drained)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. or more chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except paprika.
    Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
