Hoe'S Micro-Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken wings
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
Preparation
    Cut tips off chicken wings; cut wings at joint and arrange on a 9-inch round glass baking dish.
    Combine in an 8-cup glass measure, white wine, soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, garlic powder and ginger root.
    Pour over wings and refrigerate overnight.
    Cover with wax paper; microwave on High for 4 minutes. Turn wings over; brush with marinated sauce.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
    Stand 5 minutes, covered.
