Chicken-Spanish Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut in serving pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 to 1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sliced, stuffed olives
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken lightly; flour.
    Melt butter in large skillet; add onions and cook until transparent.
    Add shortening and fry chicken until brown.
    Add green peppers, olives, parsley, tomatoes and seasonings.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
