Apple Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    2 large apples
    orange juice
Preparation
    Mix real well.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a large Pyrex pie plate, put in 1/2 stick of butter and put in oven while warming it.
    Pour batter into pie plate when heat is at 425\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes.
    Peel 2 large apples and slice as for pie and cook for 5 to 7 minutes (until soft) in 1/2 to 3/4 cup of orange juice. (Do this while pancake is baking.)
    Spread cooked apples over pancake and put in oven for 5 minutes more.
    Slice, eat and enjoy!
