Broccoli Nut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. buttered cracker crumbs (Ritz crackers with butter)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli with salt according to package directions; drain.
    Add soup, mayonnaise and pecans.
    Add eggs and onion. Pour into greased 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
