Ambrosia Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3 oranges, peeled and sectioned
3 bananas, cut into 1-inch slices
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the pineapple, oranges, bananas, coconut, lemon juice and sugar.
Set aside.
