Aunt Lela'S Creole Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked carrots
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. oleo
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Slice and drain carrots.
Saute green peppers in oleo (we use just enough to saute pepper).
When tender, add brown sugar and catsup.
Stir to mix and melt sugar.
Pour over carrots and reheat.
Can be served hot or cold.
Can be made ahead.
