Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sausage or bacon
4 slices bread
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
pinch of salt
Preparation

Fry and crumble sausage patties or use 4 bacon strips (crumble after cooking them).
Line casserole with cubed bread squares.
Add meat on top of bread, then add cheese on top of meat.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
Then pour over cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
