Dressing For Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar.
    Add egg with juice.
    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add butter and cool. Spread over firm gelatin.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate.
    Serve in squares.
