Spicy Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. cooked sausage, crumbled
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. cooked long-grain rice
Preparation

Saute celery, onions and green pepper in butter until tender. Toss vegetables together with sausage, sage, salt, rice.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
