Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla wafers
    1 jar cherries
    crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften, then beat with eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Place wafer cookies in midget paper cups.
    Add cheese filling 3/4 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Let cool, then add toppings.
    Makes 30.
