Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped cooked lobster, shrimp or crab
    1 stalk celery
    1 green onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 dash Tabasco Sauce
    1 shake white pepper
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Chop celery and onion, then combine with seafood.
    Add lemon juice, Tabasco Sauce, white pepper and mayonnaise.
    Stir well and serve with crackers and a green salad.
