Pizzelles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together.
Batter will be thin.
Use about 1 tablespoon of batter per cookie.
Cook on hot pizzelle iron (ungreased) for about 35 seconds.
