Creamed Potatoes And Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. cubed cooked new potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour and salt.
Add milk; stir and cook until thick and bubbly.
Add cooked potatoes and peas to hot mixture; heat through.
