Saucy Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
1 1/2 c. carrots (julienne strips)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry white wine
3 small zucchini, sliced
12 small mushrooms
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients, then coat the chicken with it.
Heat butter until hot.
Cook chicken until light brown (approximately 5 minutes each side).
Add carrots, tarragon, salt and wine.
Heat until boiling.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add zucchini and mushrooms.
Simmer for approximately 10 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Remove meat and vegetables.
Stir 1 tablespoon flour into water and add to skillet.
Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve over chicken.
