Cinnamon Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced peaches
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    10 Tbsp. melted butter
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Place sliced peaches in a row at bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle lemon over peaches.
    Sprinkle cinnamon also.
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and beaten egg.
    Spread over peaches.
    Pour melted butter over batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with whipped cream to serve.
    Excellent served warm.
