Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 large mushrooms
    1 slice white bread
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
    olive oil
Preparation
    Wash and pull stems from mushrooms.
    Finely chop stems and add to remaining ingredients; mix well and stuff caps with mixture. Drizzle olive oil over top and bake at 475\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
