Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices white bread, crusts removed and cubed
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
Preparation
    Brown sausage; stir until crumbly.
    Drain well.
    Put bread cubes in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay cheese on top of bread.
    Put sausage on top of cheese.
    Beat eggs; add 2 cups of milk and seasoning as desired.
    Pour liquid mixture over layered ingredients.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
