Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
-
Cream together the first 4 ingredients until fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add to molasses mixture.
Form into small balls; roll in sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
